Radium Media will update monthly critical server and security software updates and maintain a separate server for testing prior to applying to live production server environment for all the Linux/Windows server installations.
Radium Media will send a monthly report to a nominated Customer email address with a summary of updates and security patches part of the Monthly Maintenance Service Level Agreement (SLA).
